Experienced, certified guides

Your safety begins with the people leading you. Our guides are internationally certified and rescue-trained, with decades of hands-on experience in the canyon. Our family has spent more than 35 years guiding canyoning, mountain rescue, diving and mountaineering across this region, and that knowledge is passed down into every tour we run. When you are in the water with us, you are with people who know Nevidio intimately and who are trained to respond calmly if anything unexpected happens.

Small groups, closer supervision

We deliberately keep our groups small. A smaller group means each guide can stay close to every guest, give clearer instructions and respond quickly. It also makes the whole day friendlier and more relaxed — you are never just a number, and nobody gets left behind. Close supervision is one of the simplest and most effective safety measures there is, and it is built into how we operate.

Premium, well-maintained equipment

The right gear keeps you warm, protected and confident. Before every tour we fit each guest properly with premium, carefully maintained equipment, so nothing is loose, worn or the wrong size.

• A 5 mm wetsuit to keep you warm in the cold mountain water

A full briefing and optional challenges

Every tour starts with a complete safety briefing. Before you reach the water you will know what to expect, how to move through the canyon, and how to listen for and follow your guide's signals. From there, you set your own pace. Every jump is optional, and every obstacle has an easier alternative, so you are never pushed beyond your comfort. If something looks too much, there is always another way through — and that is perfectly normal.

Reading the water and weather

A canyon is a living environment, and we treat it with respect. We monitor water levels and weather conditions closely, and we only run tours when conditions are genuinely safe. This is the main reason canyoning is seasonal: we would rather postpone or adjust a trip than take any risk with rising water or unstable weather. Your insurance and taxes are included in every tour, so you can focus on the experience itself.
